This warranty will include coverage of labour and material for the first 10 years, then a further 30 years of material coverage. After the duration of those first 40 years, the warranty will continue to cover 20% of the entire roof for any shingle defects for a further 10 years.

The Silver Pledge warranty MUST include an attic inspection for ventilation and insulation issues (may not be visible during an estimate). The products on your roof will include:
